NDT Streamlined

Established in 2005

About and credentials

A systems-minded approach to NDT procedures, people, records, audit preparation, and continuous improvement.

NDT Streamlined was established in 2005 to connect technical nondestructive testing requirements with the practical decisions that keep an organisation moving. Its work spans liquid penetrant, magnetic particle, ultrasonic, radiographic, and eddy current programs in industrial and aerospace environments.

The approach combines method knowledge with a systems view of procedures, personnel, equipment, records, suppliers, and customer requirements. An engagement starts by identifying the governing documents and current evidence, then narrows the work to clear actions, owners, and review points.

That structure is useful when a procedure needs revision, personnel records have become difficult to manage, an external audit is approaching, or an NDT program needs a realistic improvement plan.

A useful NDT program connects technical requirements with the people, equipment, procedures, and evidence used every day.

NDT Streamlined working approach

Since 2005

A practical view of NDT program support

  • Technical context

Understand the method, part family, process controls, governing documents, and inspection objective.

  • Operational context

Account for capacity, handoffs, record systems, supplier interfaces, and the people doing the work.

  • Business context

Prioritise effort around risk, deadlines, customer commitments, and changes the organisation can sustain.

How the work is approached

See the system, then define the next decision

A useful review does more than collect findings. It connects each observation to an applicable requirement, an accountable owner, the evidence needed to close it, and a realistic follow-up point.

What clients can expect from the first conversation

  1. A clear intake

We ask about the requirement, current state, urgency, stakeholders, and records already available.

  2. A bounded recommendation

The next step is framed around a defined question rather than an open-ended consulting promise.

  3. Transparent assumptions

Missing evidence, third-party decisions, exclusions, and client responsibilities remain visible.
