What the website records when you send an inquiry, use the course checkout, or continue to Academy.
Inquiry forms record the name, email address, optional organisation, inquiry category, language, message, submission time, and limited anti-abuse evidence needed to receive and manage the request. Inquiry records are restricted to authorised administrators and are never listed on public pages.
Commerce records are handled by the Public Website and Mercato. Payment-card details are not collected by this application. Candidate learning, examinations, results, and completion-document evidence belong to the separate Academy application. The two applications do not share databases, sessions, administrator accounts, or application secrets.
Do not submit identity documents, payment-card information, passwords, activation tokens, export-controlled files, customer-controlled specifications, student records, or other sensitive material through a public inquiry form.

Contact details and the message are stored with category, language, time, and anti-abuse evidence.
Orders and access
Orders and entitlements remain in the Public commerce application; Academy receives only signed access references.
Candidate records
Accounts, course progress, examinations, results, and completion documents remain inside Academy.
Privacy questions
Can public visitors see submissions or orders?
No. Public routes do not list inquiries, orders, entitlements, activation records, or revocation status.
Does this website collect card details?
No. Payment-card collection belongs to the configured payment provider, not the website templates or inquiry forms.
What should not be submitted?
Do not send identity media, card data, secrets, controlled technical files, student records, or full access tokens.
